Special Programs Next Weekend:
Saturday, July 17th at 2pm: Learn to Draw with Scott Sutton (Ages 7+)
Kids (and adults) will learn basic drawing tips and techniques from children's book author and illustrator Scott E Sutton. Space is limited, so advance registration is required. Call the library to register.
Sunday, July 18th at 1:30pm: Draw and Paint a Wall Mural (Ages 12+)
Using the mural in the storytime room as a guide, we'll concentrate on the trees and water. Participants will learn about an art method and the library resources available. Although there is not a fee, pre-registration is required. Limited to 10 participants (Adults & teens 12+). Call the library to register.

SUMMER PROGRAMS
Train Time: 3-5yrs – Fridays at 12:30pm – A free-play time with wooden train sets.
Toddler Travels: 18mos-3yrs – Mondays at 12:00pm – Travel at the library through books and crafts.
Preschool Passport: 3-5yrs – Tuesdays at 5:30pm – Learn about different cultures each week.
Elementary Express: 6-10yrs – Mondays at 4:00pm – Take trips and travels through literature.
Teen Tuesdays: 11-18yrs – Tuesdays 6/15, 7/6, 7/20, 8/3 at 6:30pm – Creative crafts for teens.
Young Adult Book Review: 11-18yrs: June 12th-August 14th – Submit a book review to win a giftcard!

Wacky Science: Wednesdays at 5pm
July - Polymers
July 14 - Insta-Worms - Come make squiggly worms and learn about polymer strands.
July 21 - Borax Slime - Learn about polymers as we make gooey slime using glue and borax.
July 28 - Oil Spill Clean-Up - In this demonstration, we will learn about the effects of oil spills, and how polymers can be used to clean them up!
Arts and Crafts Wednesdays at 6pm:
Space is limited to 30 participants. Tickets are available at the children's area desk 1 hour before the program.
