Arts & Crafts@ the Library A special program
for kids 8+, parents and families to do a craft
each week. First come first served on projects.
The group meets on Wednesdays at 6pm. for info

Wacky Science!  Fridays at 3pm.
Have fun with hands-on, messy,  experiments your parents don’t want you to try at home!

June 13: Comet Cratering  Learn how craters of various sizes impact earth! Well make our own comets and measure craters!
June 20: Instant Snow Snow never grows in Texas during the summer, or does it? Watch snow grow before your eyes and even make snow in your favorite colors!
June 27: Bubble-ology  Become a bubbleologist at the library! Learn the secrets of making an indestructible bubble! Well test different recipes and chart the strength of bubbles.

 Chess club  monthly meeting is June 11th at 6!   chess

Computer use in the library requires a library card and getting your parent to sign the permission form.
The library now has student software to help with home work at the library.

SUMMER MINI-CAMPS!!

Beat the heat and join the library for an exciting summer.  Once again, we'll be offering mini-camps for ages 8-12.  Camps will be Monday to Wednesday from 1-5 p.m. Each session is $24 per child and is limited to 20 children.

KidzArt of Austin at the Wells Branch Library!     KidzArt® is a creative, drawing based art enrichment program for children of all ages.
